We focus specifically on chocolate variegated fancy rats, and the related varieties that turn up in litters regularly include black, chocolate agouti and agouti, and berkshire, irish, capped and hooded. Occasionally we will have american mink or british blue based varieties, but we don't breed for these colours specifically and hope to eradicate them from the chocolate line eventually. Our kittens are mostly top eared, but we do have dumbo litters occasionally.

All our litters are bred to a carefully structured breeding plan to ensure that all the litters reach their full potential, and we breed only to further and better our lines. We never home single rats, unless the rat is going to a home with other rats of a similar age and they are introduced at Endymion Rats. Unless there is a good reason why not, our kittens are available to other breeders, provided we are informed of intention to breed on application and are satisfied that the breeder is ethical and reputable.

Planned Litters

Due to a massive influx in difficult rescued rats, we are taking a break from breeding and don't have any litters planned until mid to late Autumn 2008. Our next litters will involve chocolate marked rats from the March and April litters, and will continue towards chocolate variegated. More details will be posted nearer the time.
